The Adult Day Health Care program enables someone to remain living in their community while they receive the health and rehabilitative services they need. Schofield’s Adult Day Health Care Program is the largest of its kind in Upstate New York. It is the only program in Erie County that has both a morning and afternoon session and is open 6 days per week. The program provides a supportive group environment with structured leisure-time activities that include cooking, board games and arts-and-crafts.
