Schofield’s Adult Day Health Care Program is the largest of its kind in Upstate New York. It is the only program in Erie County that has both a morning and afternoon session and is open 6 days per week.
The program provides a supportive group environment with structured leisure-time activities that include cooking, board games and arts-and-crafts.
