Some of the instructors like Valerie and Avion are great. Communication about cancellations is awful. 14 of us showed up on Saturday, October 3rd, at 8.15 am for spin only to be told it had been cancelled. Some of us stayed to do our own workout in the spin room. Sure enough, people showed up for the 9.15 am class which had also been cancelled. Members who have signed up need to get a notice. This was a problem over the summer at my previous way, Dodge on Atlantic Ave. I don't understand what's the difficulty in directly notifying members who've signed up that their class has been cancelled. I am inclined to leave the Y because it's just a sign of mismanagement and not respecting members' time.

Everytime I went this year there’s only been 1 or 2 out of 3 courts that arent closed that are always so packed and un playable. The weightlifting gym is mid and the managers are always mean and never do they’re jobs the way there supposed too.😂😂If ur trynna have a somewhat good experience then just go right when the Armory opens or right before it closes 😂 honestly just don’t come here, save ur money and time. 👍

This is a very big, clean and nice armory. It seems like its mostly used for basketball and maybe indoor track. Its on a side street where parking can be a bit challenging.

Was great before the pandemic. Now declining. Lost most of their good instructors/staff and not able to rebuild the same status as before.
