  The three stars are for high turnover rate and changes of management. Since Ms Jessica left the school hasn’t been the same. The teachers my son and daughter had made Kindercare great. I have a son who attended during 21’-22’ and my daughter 24’-26’. The turnover rate at North Williamsburg KinderCare is high but there are a few great teachers that my children got to learn from. My son’s teachers took their time with him, involved him in great routine. Several times a week he came home talking about the things he did in school and was always excited to go back every morning. My daughter started as a baby with Ms Sam and Ms Westher, then Ms Lauren. All teachers were attentive, my wife and I felt safe leaving her there every day. She grew so much. Ms Sam greeted our daughter with hugs and love every single morning and encouraged her growth through songs and lessons. Her one year old teachers Ms Sheeba and Ms Lany had great energy and showed they loved the kids. They left the school and Ms Janaiya and Ms Faith stepped in to helped her talk, walk, and love learning and singing. Her speech improved drastically and the social time with the other one year olds was great. Ms Lizzy was my daughter’s last teacher there and WOW. Let her run the school! The activities, the positive talks, the dedication to each child can be seen through the daily report and everytime I came to the school she was well informed and very professional. It helped a lot because I work a lot and didn’t have to miss out on anything. Her classroom was colorful, welcoming, and organized. My daughter had storytime, art, and went outside everyday. We loved Ms Lizzy. The two year old class helped us potty train our daughter, she learned manners, and became confident.

  My son attended NW kindercare when we moved to NYC and we were looking for appartement while at the same time working full time. I cannot thank them enough for having accepted our kid and for all the support and flexibility. The school is great and the staff is amazing. Thank you so much!!!!

  We loved Kindercare! The teachers and staff are amazing and have really been a huge part of our family for 4+ years. The teachers care deeply for the children and vice versa, our children LOVE their teachers (Infant to Pre-K). We felt our kids were light years ahead of children who stayed home with a nanny. Socialization was a huge part of why we initially decided to go with a daycare over a nanny but in addition to the amazing social lives my kids have, they were constantly coming home with new tid bits of information that they learned at school. Our kids learned the alphabet here, how to count, potty training, colors, weather, sharing, and many more life skills. Like any other daycare, there is turnaround with teachers leaving the center BUT we have noticed a lot of our favorite teachers have returned or continue to come and visit. The director is fabulous!!!! She truely cares about the families and really tries to accomodate everyone. She goes out of her way to make the center truly and inviting second home for the families. We were sad to depart the school this fall as our children have grown and moved to big kid schools.
