  This team of professionals were great to work with and offered outstanding service and guidance as we worked through the disposition of my Aunt's remains with me being out of state. I called several firms and only Sept returned my call! Highly recommended as a team to help and guide you through a difficult time.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During one of the most heartbreaking and difficult times in our lives, Mr. Sept Jones with Ivy Cremation & Memorial Services of NY provided my sisters and me with exceptional compassion, professionalism, and care while coordinating our father’s ashes. From the very beginning, he treated our family with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy. He made a painful process feel much more manageable by guiding us every step of the way and ensuring everything was handled with dignity and respect. His communication was excellent. He even went above and beyond by ordering a keepsake necklace and transferred some of my dad’s ashes into it. I truly felt supported during such a tragic time. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Jones and the comfort he brought to our family. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing someone trustworthy, caring, and professional during a time of loss.

  Losing my mom was extremely difficult especially in the manner in which it happened. Sept and Samantha made the very end bearable. During this holiday weekend they were able to get my mom from the hospital the next day and the following day cremated her. They got her back to me in two days. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for your quick service.

  Ivy Cremation and Memorial Service is the best place for your departed love ones. I was so please with the services that were provided for me, I lost my brother and the staff really held my hand through the process. I am forever grateful. I was lost with making my brother's final arrangements and they went above and beyond with picking his body up and taking him to have the service performed. They informed with all that they had to do. I highly recommend their services. I thank the entire staff and Sept was the best very informative with a wealth of knowledge what to expect, he was very straight forward.
