  At a difficult time, when I reached out to Ivy Cremation & Memorial Services, Sept was very responsive, providing detailed information and an efficient process to handle the arrangements I needed for my loved one. He and Samantha assisted me and kept me fully informed at each step along the way. I am truly thankful for their sensitivity and support.

  Amazing A+ service, super efficient, super easy, everything is taken care, amazing communications via text and/or email, great for people who use technology like texting or email, no surprise expenses, all prices upfront (good luck getting that anywhere else....what an exercise in frustration with other services....with endless fees and hidden expenses...wow..what a frustration...I would be scared to use another service....I tried another service before Ivy/Sept Jones Funeral Director....(and the other service tooks days just to get a simple quote on a simple direction cremation without viewing...I made a simple clear choice and even after I received the pricing with endless fees and way too many pages of a contract to read......it did not even include the cremation facility fees, which was the whole reason I contacted them in the first place :( ...but not Ivy/Sept Jones they provided everything immediately! and upfront... :)

  I would definitely recommend Ivy Cremation and Memorial Services to anyone who has lost a loved one. They were extremely consideratre and respectful. They replied to calls and texts immediately, they were very communicative about how the service would work, and they were very efficient. The price was also very fair and they were upfront and clear about what each aspect of their services would cost and provided an itemized bill.

  I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am to have worked with Ivy and its owner, Sept, through this devastating time. My mom’s passing was sudden and while straightforward as far memorials go, still had a lot of steps to work through. Sept was exceptional in balancing compassion while handling all of the business in an efficient and upfront manner. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in giving me detailed costs/information so I could make the best decisions for my mom and family. And with all of that, I was able to honor my mom’s last journey on this earth. The step-by-step support and professionalism made a world of difference during such a difficult time. Even after they were done with the cremation, they were very helpful in providing their info for filings I had to do with the courts. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Ivy. I don’t think you’ll find many, if any, other places that truly respect what you’re going through in every aspect of this process. Couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you so much for everything!
