  Last year in 2025, I came here and I was 12 years old at the time,once i had membership i just went to the not deep pool and then staff told me to swim at the lap pool,i enjoyed 1 month and now this year i came and the day i came to the pool i went to the lap pool and the staff told me to do test of :Tread 1 minute,swim back and fourth without stopping and taking a breath,and before that the lifeguards didnt even tell me with my friend that there was a test,they just told to swim at the end and back,when i stopped in middle they said you failed test,etc,and they didnt allow us to swim in any pool,not even the family pool,because we couldnt pass the test,Next day one guard said that we can swim at any pool anytime,the second guard said we cant swim in lap pool or any other pool,the third guard told us we could swim there after 1 hour and when we came back he said oh my bad i read the schedule wrong and told us we cant swim,The worst worst worst YMCA ever,Whoever doesnt swim as a professional swimmer,dont come here unless you want some headache ,And be 4'5 at least so they allow you to swim

  I’m not a member yet and I came to google for the reviews because I’m new to the community and looking for a family gym membership myself my teen son and my 3 year old can enjoy. I was interested in the pool for summer and other activities for the kids. But after reading reviews about roaches in the lockers where we have to hold our clothes that we put on and take home and issues with the pool always over crowed and lastly so many rude staff, I don’t think this gym is a fit for us. My recommendation for the pool schedule is maybe giving out color wristbands and having the pool open during that time only to those who got together slot for that time. Close it till all are done and have the need group go so it’s safe and life guards are not overwhelmed and rude to the members. But if you give a time slot and they last time slots are still in the pool it’s unfair to have showed up for that slot and still having to wait and not get access. Thats unprofessional and unorganized. Imagine paying a membership for pool access n never getting access to the pool but traveling with a family. That’s terrible. Please fix that for the summer

  Great place for families and kids with friendly staff and clean facilities. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again.

  Came in to cancel my “Month to Month” and what an experience it was to say the least. Chubby girl who worked on 5/7/2026 was herassing me on the way out and sending me kisses, followed by “i hope you have the day you deserve” whatever that means. I’m disgusted 🤢.
