Calvary Life is a neighborhood church family in Brooklyn, meeting Sundays at 10:00 a.m. on Coney Island Avenue near Avenue S — a few blocks from Sheepshead Bay, Homecrest, and Gravesend. Doors open at 9:30.
What happens on a Sunday: worship, and verse-by-verse Bible teaching that opens the passage and walks through what it says. No dress code, no pressure, no one will single you out.
Calvary Kids and Calvary Youth meet during the service. Life Groups gather midweek in homes around the neighborhood. Every July and August we worship outdoors in Marine Park.
We started in a living room in March 2020, two weeks before everything shut down.
