  The entire team is fantastic! From the school director, the health director, to teachers and teacher’s assistants. Everyone is kind, efficient and dedicated to nurturing the children’s development. I don’t know how they do it! all the children are constantly engaged, learning through art and movement and I haven’t seen 1 single meltdown 😂

  My daughter is currently attending using Emergency Childcare with our employer, and this place has been nothing but welcoming. My daughter never once cried, she tells me she has fun at school and really loves her teachers. They use Tadpoles to deliver updates including pictures taken through the day of your little one playing and learning. Snacks are provided, the center is nut free (I forgot and accidentally packed a peanut butter granola, ooops!) luckily they never opened it. The teachers are very attentive and sweet, they seem to have patience with the children. I wish more families attended as it seems they’re still reopening and so I hope more families come soon. If you want to come support a small local business with great childcare and curriculum and a dedicated classroom/play space then you should visit this center.

  Both our children have attended BH Kent Ave. staff are all wonderful and the kids have a great time. It really has a family feel to it.

  My son has been attending Bright Horizons at Kent Avenue since he was 4 months old. From our first walkthrough, I was immediately impressed with the facilities and the Director. Very thorough and informative tour. The staff are wonderful. I get real-time updates every day including: Feedings, naps, diaper changes, photos and videos of activities. The school is immaculate. And my son is all smiles from drop off to pick up. They also have flexible schedule options which work for my family - both full time working parents who need to drop off early and pick up after 530/6PM. Highly recommend.

  This is the worst experience I have ever had with a daycare: my daughter who is five months d went there and was given formula WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, while I provided them with more then enough breast milk. They gave back the bottles empty so I am not sure where the milk went. In addition, they show inconsistencies in what my daughter was doing during the day as they mention that she was sleeping and also had a bottle at that time. They also give us back a pacifier that did not belong to her and forget to return back her dirty clothes. They are not well organized, it is more the. chaotic and they don’t have the right to make a decision on whether to give formula or not.
