  Netherbay at Bay Shore is such a nice, inviting place. The staff are really caring, attentive, and make residents feel comfortable. Hannah, the Director of Sales, is amazing! She’s so kind, helpful, and really goes above and beyond for families. She makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect, dignity, and genuine care, Netherbay is a wonderful option. Highly recommend!

  I had a really positive experience with Netherbay. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in what they do and treat everyone with respect and dignity. The environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. What stood out the most was the level of compassion from the team—they go the extra mile to make sure people feel supported and at ease.

  Netherbay is an amazing place. The staff is kind, professional, and really attentive to both residents and their families. The whole place has a warm, welcoming feel. The director of sales, Hannah, is amazing. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to make sure families feel comfortable and supported. It’s a place I fully trust to take great care of their residents.

  Thank you to all staff at Netherbay -- from the administration to the aides, nurses, maintenance and food service and anyone we may have missed. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful since we moved our sister here when you opened your doors. It is nice that the families are included in so many of the things you do. We have seen a vast improvement in our sister. She's walking more, smiling more, seems more alert and is making more sounds then she was. Keep up the good work. We are willing to help when we can. Thank you for all you are doing.

  Netherbay at bay shore is a beautiful community that has many wonderful associates that provide amazing care and enjoyable living for your loved one. The building is so comfortable and close to the marina and restaurants. The team is kind and compassionate and the chef serves amazing dishes! Best on Long Island!
