I want to share my experience with Crème de la Crème – Farm Road because it may help another parent avoid going through the same situation I experienced with my son. To begin with, since the changes in administration, my experience has not been positive. Ms. Penny, the school director, has come across as unfriendly. On several occasions, I have greeted her and received no response, which does not make me feel welcomed as a parent. I have had a similar experience with the new secretary—you walk in, say hello, and often receive no response. There was also an occasion when my son went approximately three hours without drinking water. When I asked what had happened, the teacher explained that they had not been provided with water pitchers. As a mother, this was very concerning to me. In addition, they frequently forget to update the app with my son’s activities or information. When I enrolled my son at Crème de la Crème – Farm Road, I was told there would be two teachers in each classroom, but lately I have noticed that there is often only one teacher in charge. However, the situation that concerned me the most happened when I went to pick up my son. I arrived at approximately 5:45 p.m., and nearly 20 minutes passed without anyone being able to tell me where my son was. I asked staff members, and no one seemed to know exactly where he was. I approached the administration and asked about him, but they were also unable to give me an immediate answer. At that moment, instead of addressing my concern about not knowing where my child was, they continued giving instructions to a teacher about cleaning one of the classrooms. I had to wait until they finished that conversation. Afterward, I was told, “Let me check the cameras to see where he is.” As a mother, I believe that not knowing where a child is within a school is a very serious matter. During those minutes, I felt extremely worried and anxious. I am sharing this not with the intention of attacking anyone, but because when we leave our children at a school, we expect them to be safe, hydrated, properly supervised, and for the staff to know where they are at all times. I sincerely hope that Crème de la Crème – Farm Road takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements, because this is about the safety and well-being of our children. I would also like to update my review to acknowledge that the Director personally reached out to me to apologize for the situation. I truly appreciate her taking the time to address my concerns. I am especially grateful to the Regional Director, Jennifer Flores, who took the time to personally contact me, listen to my concerns, and learn more about what happened. I sincerely appreciate the attention, professionalism, and care she showed regarding my experience. I truly hope that, moving forward, these concerns are taken into consideration and that positive changes are made. My intention in sharing my experience was always to help bring attention to areas that could be improved, and I am grateful that my concerns were heard. I sincerely hope everything continues to improve for the children and families at the school.

Very unfortunate experience with this summer camp school. The management has changed at least 4 times since 4 years I’ve been using their services. Unsafe, hazardous play equipment that caused life long injury to my child and the school is stone walling. The staff is uneducated and untrained. Lady at the pre teen class had absolutely no idea how to stop bleeding or what the protocol is. Her only concern was that child’s blood didn’t get on her clothes because per her words it’s ‘nasty’. I have asked for my child’s EpiPen back and they refuse to return it. Please don’t take your children there.

I've been taking my kid here for about a year now and I just want to share that for how old the building looks the teachers keep the school in great condition the attitude the teachers have towards the children is very pleasant and both Ashley's and Kirsten give a very welcoming atmosphere

Been with this facility since 2018 and highly recommend taking your kids literally anywhere else. It’s sad and extremely disappointing how downhill this “school” has gone. Their leadership is nonexistent, dishonest, lazy and lack integrity completely rude and defensive when approached. They absolutely cannot communicate and when you show them the impact they shrug and in so many words tell you they simply don’t care. I’ve adored many teachers but unfortunately the good ones have the same complaints and most of us parents who are experiencing the same issues. I’m excited my kids will no longer need to be here after this summer and truly wish I had found another program before they changed directors and it got worse.
