  Terrible, place I payed $400 for the procedure for my girlfriend and right when she went in they stopped me “ the boyfriend “ and told me only clients are allowed back there that’s ridiculous I then therefore asked who’s doing the procedure, a nurse or a doctor and she replied with “ a doctor “ now I’m not insecure what so ever but the fact that they don’t have a female doing the procedure is a bit ridiculous and the fact that you can’t even be can’t even be back there with your loved one is a very weird policy, I get your helping people but at the end of the day be more professional and at least try too make your so-called clients comfortable and seamless not distressed or on edge, Do better safe and sound.

  This clinic has a terrible attitude. English is my second language, so I am not fluent. I tried calling to make an appointment as instructed on their website; no one answered the first two times, and when someone finally picked up on the third call, their attitude was awful. When I tried to give my name to book the appointment, the staff member asked me to spell it out—which struck me as odd, given that they should be familiar with the alphabet of their own language. I don't see what was difficult to understand when I spelled out "G-I-A." They showed no respect for my name, questioning me and acting quite dismissive about the rest of my first name. When I asked for the earliest possible appointment, the staff member flatly stated there were no openings other than the following Wednesday—insisting there was no availability for tomorrow, only Wednesday. The person in charge also took it upon herself to designate a specific abortion procedure rather than asking me which method I preferred. Naturally, I had researched the options on their website before contacting the clinic, but I didn't expect them to simply assign me a method I hadn't chosen without even asking the patient. I have no idea what the actual experience would be like if I were to go there in person, but I will provide an update on the situation.

  This place does NOT offer sedated abortion I was told 3 separate times I was going to be asleep for the procedure then while I was on the table I was then told I was would be awake for the procedure on top of this staff was very rude and dismissive the doctor himself was nice tho but still wouldn’t recommend this place

  This was one of the toughest decisions I’ve ever had to make, during what has been one of the worst weeks of my life. Despite the emotional weight of my visit, every member of the staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect.The entire process was so smooth, comforting, and efficient that it almost felt like a figment of my imagination. They made an incredibly difficult experience as peaceful as it could possibly be, and for that I am truly grateful.While I sincerely hope I never find myself in this situation again, I would absolutely recommend this facility to any woman facing this difficult decision, as well as to any man supporting the woman he loves through it. You will be met with professionalism, empathy, and exceptional care.

  I felt very safe and comfortable during my procedure and doctor answered all my questions he is very informative and the staff are amazing!
