  Out family had a horrible experience with pals and a few of their caregivers. We were using them for end of life care. Mostly being faith. She would leave for hours at a time. Was alway napping very inappropriate humor and would refuse to help my mother when she was upset. Then we spoke with her about these issues and the next day she made false reports about my family. Caused us to lose health care for over a week. Pals needs to vet their people better and give some more training.

  I really appreciated PALS helping me out while I was away from home for a few days. Their aide came to my home twice daily to feed my pets (pug and four cats). She even sent me photos each time she visited. The aide was trustworthy and followed instructions well which allowed me to travel without having to worry about them. I knew they were in good hands. Thank you so much!! I will definitely use their services again in the future.
