  I really appreciated PALS helping me out while I was away from home for a few days. Their aide came to my home twice daily to feed my pets (pug and four cats). She even sent me photos each time she visited. The aide was trustworthy and followed instructions well which allowed me to travel without having to worry about them. I knew they were in good hands. Thank you so much!! I will definitely use their services again in the future.

  Disappointed in their service for my 94 yr old mom. She had been using PALS for months. My mom had stroke. She had them 2 days before the stroke. Upon arriving at her home kitchen floor dirty, stove greasy( hadn’t been wiped off in a long time), bathroom mirrors all streaky and back wall of windows full of cobwebs so bad they were in and out. This is months of never cleaning this. Took me 10 mins to clean off. Was told one of the people vacuuming a tiny dining area for over 20 minutes until my mom told her to move on. This should take 5 minutes. I was sent a bill. Upon checking the bill my mom had sent a check a month ago that never cleared her bank account. They were billing her again. When I questioned this with PALS the next day it somehow mysteriously arrived in the mail. Seems like workers were very slow doing tasks to fill up the time and didn’t do obvious things And the billing issue! Not impressed!

  I have had nothing but the BEST service and experiences with the PALS team. They are thorough, caring and professional at what they do and in every way. We had a need to just do a few hours a week to start, then needed 24 hour care and they responded with compassion each time. No high pressure sales, no "up-selling" - and all of this at the best prices of any in-home service company in the 4 Corners. They are the only choice for my family's care. Thank you PALS!
