I debated for a long time about whether to write this review because I typically don't leave negative reviews, but months after my wedding I'm still feeling disappointed about my experience and want to help a bride so this doesn't happen to them.
In the beginning, everything was wonderful. I was contacted about a preview show where new dresses had arrived, and that's where I found the dress I absolutely fell in love with. The sample fit me like a glove. During the appointment, I was advised to size up because there was some buckling around the back/butt area. At the time, that recommendation made sense to me, and I trusted the expertise of the staff.
Unfortunately, once my dress arrived and the alterations process began, things went downhill. What I didn't realize was that it would take more than five alteration appointments trying to fix issues that weren't present in the original sample dress I loved.
The fit completely changed. The dress no longer hugged me under the butt the way the sample did, which was one of the things I loved most about it. The corset top became crinkly and wouldn't stand properly and it was folding over. It simply no longer fit me the way the original dress had. Multiple alterations were attempted, including adding additional boning to the corset and several other adjustments, but nothing seemed to restore the fit and structure I had originally fallen in love with. Another issue I experienced was with the bustle. During my wedding day, the bustle snapped and could not properly support the weight of the dress. The dress was extremely heavy, and the weight pulled on the button and attachment points, causing everything to droop and look uneven. After spending so much time and money on alterations to ensure the dress would fit and function properly, it was incredibly upsetting to have another issue arise on the actual wedding day. It affected both the appearance of the dress and my confidence while wearing it.
What made the experience even more difficult was feeling like I was running out of options. My final alteration appointment was the week before my wedding, and I was repeatedly told there wasn't much else that could be done simply because of the dress and we were out of time. I left several appointments in tears, feeling frustrated, helpless, and forced to do my own research to try to find solutions.
I understand that alterations can be challenging and I don't know whether the issue stemmed from the sizing recommendation, the dress itself, or something else entirely. However, I did not feel supported throughout the process, and at times I felt dismissed when expressing my concerns.
The saddest part is that I hate my wedding dress. That is not a feeling any bride should have after spending so much time, money, and emotion on finding "the one." I never got that- it's something I will never get back and that truly hurts me. The dress I wore on my wedding day was not the dress I originally fell in love with, and that disappointment still lingers months later.
I truly hope no other bride has to go through an experience like this.
*I have attached pictures of the dress during the first time I tried it on and after*

I had three wedding dress appointments in one weekend. The Bridal Manor was hands down the best. After booking my appt Casey, the manager, called to get more personal details about my needs and event. Very friendly and personable. My bridesmaids and I showed up (one flew in from Florida for the weekend) and Tara gave us a warm welcome and ended up being our consultant. She was so friendly, patient and really listened to feedback after every dress try on. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her!! She never made us feel rushed and I ended up saying YES TO THE DRESS!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this experience was outstanding from start to finish!!!!

Brought in a prom dress for bead repair and Janine, the seamstress, was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. Fair pricing too for intricate work with beads.
