  Phil and his team have been a helpful resource for all my environmental concerns. I have a property in Bayville, New Jersey and recently had a concern about where to source certified "clean fill" for a grading project. Brilliant Environmental provided local sources for the fill and remained open to consulting about the project should I need further assistance. I appreciate your expertise and attention to the matter and will come to you for environmental related projects on my Ocean County property!

Phil is exceptionally knowledgeable of the NJDEP rules and requirements and Phil possesses the ability to 'think outside the box' in developing site specific , effective plans to achieve compliance. In addition, to Phil good work product, he communicates well and can speak to complex issues in a very understandable manner.
