We could not be happier with our experience at Bright Horizons. Both of our daughters (ages 1 and 2) are thriving here, and it truly feels like a second home for them. The staff is warm, consistent, and caring—you can tell they genuinely love what they do and care deeply about the children. What stands out most is the low turnover and family-like atmosphere. Everyone knows our girls by name, and it feels like a close-knit community rather than just a childcare center. The teachers take the time to really connect with the kids, and as parents we feel confident knowing they are in such good hands every day. We are so grateful to have found this daycare and couldn’t recommend it more highly to other families looking for a nurturing, stable, and loving environment

I remember how nervous I was sending our 6 month old to daycare for the first time, but it was truly amazing how quickly the staff became like family. It is such a warm and loving environment. Now our son can't stop talking about school, his teachers, and the friends he has made in class. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been at Bright Horizons in Parsippany.

I was so nervous returning to work during this crazy time. It was a hard decision to bring my baby and possibly expose her to any germs much less covid. HOWEVER the staff worked hard to reassure me it was safe. The building is cleaned diligently and the staff go above and beyond to keep the children safe and healthy. They do this all while keeping curriculum and routine an important part of each child's day. I feel confident with our decision to bring our baby to the center and know that she is safe, loved and learning!

This school is amazing! Not only does it hold the highest accreditation and promote stem activities in even the INFANTS class, the staff and directors are overall very warm and caring. We came here from a “baby mill” where my 5 month old just swung all day in a room with other babies. Once he could sit up, my son was painting and actually doing things! He was immediately part of the group of bigger infants where he would be included in story time and so on. The interaction was great and he learned so much from his older classmates (infants goes up to 18 months or readiness). Now he is one of the bigger infants with his smaller classmates, teaching them! Can you believe that they have a lesson plan posted outside of the classroom which sets forth their planned activities? Such as sign language words and any themes or planned stem projects. The school studies different regions and plans certain projects and cooking club (yes, you read that right!) based upon that area. My little one painted a Monet water lilies inspired painting with different textured items and brushes. At student teacher night they exhibited one of the infants’ stem projects which included the engineering of ice! And then experimenting with melting pieces through different tubes and funnels. There is an art studio and a movements class for even the infants’ use. The kids also go out 1-2x a day! There are three playgrounds, including a special one just for the infants. On top of this, what also sold me is that they don’t believe in restraining infants. They use newborn boppy loungers and the teachers hold and snuggle the little ones. No swings or baby chairs for them to idly sit in. Miss Gina had her fair share of snuggling and rocking him to nap (he required cross-fit style rocking). And unbelievably, Miss Gina has been able to transition him to a cot now that he is old enough, and he is sleeping 2 hour naps. Another reason that this school is so awesome is that they encouraged my breastfeeding journey. Their intake form even asks how they can help you with that! I wouldn’t have lasted as long as I have without that support when pumping was already hard enough. Especially coming from a center where I felt like the lead teacher overwhelmed me about “not knowing how much he had” before he got to school. BH figured it out! I also need to mention allergies. My son has EIGHT. The standardized policies at BH are so helpful for this. He has a red placemat, an info sheet on the cabinet door, a red backpack with epi pens, and everyone at the center is trained to use them. The director having personal experience with allergies in her family makes me that much more comfortable having him there. I will also mention that BH does a lot to involve the parents with regular teleconferences and family nights/activities. We just went to a gingerbread making night, and have been to a teddy bear picnic and pumpkin painting events in the last couple months.

There are too many reasons to love this place! I’m happy and my child is happy. The teachers teach with kindness and positive while providing emotional intelligence skills, manners and self help skills to my child. The children are challenged and their curiosity is encouraged. My daughter at three years old discussed the solar system, advanced feelings and logic, as well as details about nature, science and animal life cycles 🙏🏽
