  Parents should think carefully before paying the premium tuition this daycare charges, especially if your child needs any additional support. Our experience was that the center was unwilling or unable to support a preschooler who required basic redirection, language support, and assistance with potty training. After one challenging day, I was told my child could only remain enrolled if I provided and paid for a one-on-one therapist for every hour he attended. This was on a Monday and I was charged for the entire week. A refund was refused. In other words, I was expected to pay full tuition while also paying for the staffing the daycare said was necessary for my child to participate. Rather than teaching classroom expectations through consistent guidance and redirection, many age-appropriate behaviors were treated as reasons my child could not remain enrolled. Potty training support was minimal, despite my child making steady progress with a consistent routine. The center also cited elopement as the reason it could no longer safely accommodate my child. Yet during multiple drop-offs and pick-ups, I personally observed the classroom door open, which left me questioning whether all reasonable environmental safety measures were being consistently used. For the price this daycare charges, I expected a program that teaches, redirects, and supports young children as they learn—not one that expects families to privately fund additional staffing for their child to attend. If your child is typically developing and requires little to no additional support, your experience may be different. However, if your child has a language delay, is potty training, or needs extra guidance, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about what support the center is actually willing and able to provide before enrolling.

  Our now eleven-month-old has been with KinderCare since December, and overall it’s been a great experience. We had a rocky start, he refused to eat or nap, but we knew it would take time. As he adjusted, things improved and the consistency made a huge difference. He’s now eating and napping well. Our son is obsessed with Ms. Ruth. We love you Ms. Ruth and Ms. Taylor! KinderCare feels very family-oriented, where everyone knows each other. All the teachers we’ve met have been incredibly kind and caring. At this stage, our son clearly shows who he’s comfortable with, and it’s obvious that he loves his teachers, and that they genuinely care for him too. As a parent, it’s never easy leaving your infant in someone else’s care. There were moments I felt overwhelmed, but the teachers were always reassuring and supportive, reminding us that it would get better, and it did. Receiving photo updates throughout the day—whether he’s playing with other infants, taking selfies with teachers, or enjoying time outside, truly makes our day. I highly recommend Paramus KinderCare. Thank you to all the teachers and staff!

  We are a new family to Paramus KinderCare, but over the past two months since we joined we have had a wonderful experience with the center and all of the lovely teachers. Stacey was so warm and welcoming from the first day, she was the reason we fell in love right away! We are always happy and confident that we are receiving the best care between all of the wonderful teachers our son has throughout the day in the infant room; Miss Autumn, Miss April, Miss Bryanna - we couldn't be happier! Kristin is always a warm and happy smile as soon as we enter the center - from drop off to pick up, we know our son is going to have a great day. This has been our first daycare experience and we are so grateful to everyone at Paramus KinderCare for the smooth and comforting transition.

  Great staff! I have our 3 year old daughter and 19 month old son there and they love it. We have our daughter in phonics and ballet and our son in music class. Soccer is starting soon and she couldn't be more excited. Kindercare has been just great!
