Adult Day Care
BoldAge PACE Oceanport helps adults 55 and older live safely and independently at home. One care team coordinates head-to-toe medical care built around a personalized plan just for you.
Services include primary and specialty care, dental, vision, prescriptions, physical therapy, healthy meals, fun activities, help at home, and free rides to appointments and our activity center.
We accept Medicare and Medicaid. PACE is a Medicare and Medicaid program for adults who need a nursing home level of care but want to continue living independently at home. You may qualify if you are 55 or older and live in our service area.
