As first-time parents, dropping our 11-month-old daughter off at daycare for the very first time was both emotional and nerve-racking. From day one, however, KinderCare gave us complete confidence that Harper was in a safe, nurturing, and loving environment. That feeling never changed throughout her entire journey.
Over the years, Harper progressed through each classroom—from the infant program all the way through the Pre-K program and summer camp before beginning kindergarten. Every teacher and staff member played a role in helping shape the confident, kind, independent, and sociable little girl she is today. They cared for her as though she were one of their own, and for that, our family will always be grateful.
People often say it takes a village to raise a child, and KinderCare truly became part of our village. While I wish I could recognize every teacher and staff member by name, I know I would unintentionally leave someone out. Every person we encountered contributed to Harper’s growth and development, and each deserves our sincere thanks.
As Harper begins this exciting new chapter at St. Benedict’s Preparatory School, we do so knowing that KinderCare helped build the strong foundation she needed to succeed. Thank you for your unwavering care, encouragement, patience, and dedication over the years. You have made a lasting impact on our daughter’s life and on our family.
We wholeheartedly recommend KinderCare to any family looking for a place where their child will be safe, loved, challenged, and prepared for the future.

My children went here from infants until it was time for them to go off to elementary. The staff at Kindercare are like family to my babies! They absolutely loved it but were also well prepared for the socioemotional aspects of building friendships at their new school.

My first son started CCLC Newark at 1.5 years old and graduated Kindergarten from there. He started reading at 2.5 years old. They have a great phonics, math and language program and its almost as if your child is getting 1 to 1 attention. I accredit most if not all of his success to CCLC Newark. My son now is 11 years old doing 8th grade full time curriculum work. He's supposed to be in 6th grade. He even attended summer camp this year and had a blast. Ms.Susan, Ms. Shana and her staff are very friendly and passionate about their job. The turn over is very low as evident that my second son who is now 18 months old has some of the same teachers my 11 year old had like Ms.Lateefa and others. Ms.Naomi is an excellent infant room teacher, Ms.Loretta in Infant C is super sweet and Ms.Erica, Ms. Linda, Ms.Kim, Ms.Kendra, Ms.Joy are wonderful as is all their staff. They truly love their jobs and love the children. They are very friendly and the curriculum they implement is outstanding. They have monthly themes, constant projects even in the infant room. They offer delicious food cooked right at the center. I have visited other centers and they smell are overcrowded, they do not have a curriculum and the staff is sub-par. There is no other place I would trust or recommend.
