  Our experience with Plaza 3 has been wonderful. One of the standout aspects for us is the caring and attentive teachers. My son has formed strong bonds with them, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they provide. We feel confident leaving him in their capable hands every day. Overall, we're very pleased with the quality of care and attention he receives at Plaza 3!

  I've been extremely pleased with the Waterfront Branch daycare for my son, who has been attending for 1.5 years now. The overall experience has been fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. My son loves his teachers and has formed strong bonds with them. It's evident that they genuinely care for him and are dedicated to his well-being. They provide regular updates on his activities throughout the day, which I appreciate greatly. One aspect I particularly value is their attention to my son's learning progress in English, as it's not his native language. They are patient and supportive, ensuring he feels comfortable and engaged in his language development. The daycare staff is accommodating and cooperative, making efforts to meet parents' needs whenever possible. For instance, they've been instrumental in helping me regulate my son's sleeping schedule, which has been immensely helpful. The only area where I see room for improvement is the onboarding process. While I understand and respect the policy of not allowing parents into the classroom, it can be challenging initially. However, this is a Bright Horizon policy - not specific for this branch. I must highlight Sandra, the school director, who has been nothing short of amazing. She is approachable, attentive, and always ready to address any concerns or suggestions. Her leadership contributes significantly to the positive atmosphere at the daycare. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Waterfront Branch daycare to any parent seeking a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their child. My son's happiness and well-being here speak volumes about the quality of care provided.

  In the Jersey City area, I highly recommend Bright Horizons Plaza 3 Daycare. The center is very spacious and clean, and the staff is amazing. My children attended the center since they were young infants all the way through the toddler and preschool programs. This center and the teachers were critical in my kids' development during those formative years. The teachers are really like second mothers to the kids, and they are also willing to work with the parents on any special requests the parents may have. I always had peace of mind with my kids at this center both before and during COVID. Since COVID, the center has taken such extraordinary measures to ensure the safety of the kids. I really can't say enough about the center and the teachers and the staff. I'm so happy I sent my kids here.

  We send our daughter here for full-time care. She's always so excited when we drop her off and shrieks in joy whenever she sees her teachers. They've taught her baby sign language, body parts, and songs. They've also been super great about precautions during COVID. Highly recommend.

  Amazing Staff ! This location and its staff does and amazing job of patiently dealing with each child and their specific needs, while ensuring that they are following the curriculum for enrichment and structure during the day.
