  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bright Horizons. Today was my daughter’s last day, and leaving was honestly so bittersweet for our family. My daughter is two, and her teacher, Abby, was truly amazing. She is naturally more of an observer and takes her time warming up to new people and environments, so it took her a little while to adjust. But before we knew it, she was waking up every morning excited to go to school, singing Abby’s name and happily listing all of her friends. We speak a non-English language at home, so one of our concerns was whether she would have a difficult time understanding and communicating. Bright Horizons completely exceeded our expectations. She started coming home saying colors, numbers, and so many English words that we had never taught her ourselves. It has been incredible watching how much she has learned and grown. Another huge surprise was potty training! We had not even started teaching her yet when she began asking to use the potty herself. She is still learning, of course, but she now uses the toilet and is so proud of herself. A huge thank you to Abby for encouraging her and helping her reach this milestone. What I love most about Bright Horizons is how genuinely cared for my daughter always felt. It wasn’t only her primary teachers who knew her. Teachers throughout the center knew her name, greeted her warmly, and would tell me little things about her day even when they weren’t her classroom teacher. The entire staff is welcoming, flexible, and incredibly supportive of working parents. You really feel that it is a community and that the people there truly care about your child. A special thank you to Abby and also to Allison, Johnny, and all of the other teachers who cared for and loved our daughter. She absolutely adored all of you. On her last day, they gave us a goodbye book filled with photos and memories from her time there. It honestly brought tears to my eyes. I realized how much Bright Horizons and her teachers have become a part of her early childhood and how many of her first experiences and milestones happened there. We are only leaving because we are moving, and otherwise we would have happily stayed. Our hearts will definitely stay with Bright Horizons. When I was originally researching daycares in Hoboken, I read through Reddit and so many other sources trying to find the right place, and surprisingly Bright Horizons didn’t come up very often. After our experience, I honestly don’t know why. For any parent looking for a loving, nurturing, reliable daycare in Hoboken—especially working parents—I highly, highly recommend Bright Horizons. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our daughter. We will miss you all so much. ❤️

  Thank you Ms. Vida for always being so kind and gentle. It means everything to know my 1 year old daughter is in such good hands with someone so reliable. Also, Ms. Myla had amazing energy and was so warm hearted.

  My son was here for almost 2 years. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. They all knew his name and were all helping to develop him, even if they weren’t his teacher. They take the kids on walks, read books, sing songs, do arts/crafts and teach them everything they need to know! The other parents were all friendly and we made a lot of new friends as a result. It absolutely breaks our heart to be leaving but we moved and had to as a result. If you are looking to place your child here, I can’t recommend this place enough.

  Our daughter had such an amazing experience in backup care that we have decided to enroll her in the Spring. She loved the activities and was excited to return the next day. Dealing with Sarah, the new director, was such a pleasure. She really put my mind at ease as a first time parent and her professionalism is to be commended. I've always heard great things about Bright Horizons from my colleagues and our experience has certainly matched our expectations.
