- EEEmily5 days ago5.0I hate that I even have a reason to write this review, but after my father had been battling pancreatic cancer for a few years, my family made arrangements with Cochran prior to his passing. Unfortunately, my dad ended up passing away while out of state in Florida. Ben Watters was incredible every step of the way. He handled every aspect of bringing my dad back home to New Jersey so our family could hold services for him. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, explained every step and every detail, and patiently answered every question I had. Ben also made sure my dad’s service was exactly what we wanted. We chose to have an open casket for our immediate family, and Ben made sure my dad looked his absolute best. That meant more to me than I can adequately put into words, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and dignity he showed my father. My family had nothing but wonderful things to say about Ben and the entire staff at Cochran. They treated us with kindness, patience, compassion, and respect while helping us navigate one of the most painful and difficult times of our lives. Thank you, Ben, and everyone at Cochran, for taking such good care of my dad and our family.
