  I recently had an excellent experience with Marotti-Burns Funeral Home during a very difficult time for me. From the moment I walked in, I were treated with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care, which was amazing considering I did not actually have a service with them (but eventually plan to). They did not treat me like a customer, they made me feel like family. I especially want to recognize owner and funeral director Jonathan Marotti and owner Courtney Tobin-Iacone for their kindness, patience, and dedication. They went above and beyond to make sure everything question I had was answered. Their attention to conversation detail and heartfelt compassion truly made a difference. I would highly recommend Marotti-Burns Funeral Home to anyone looking for caring and professional services. Thank you again to Jonathan and Courtney, you are the best.

  I cannot say enough about how wonderful, accommodating, helpful and compassionate Courtney and Jonathan are. They created a truly therapeutic and healing experience, honoring my dad in a way I believe no one else could have. They went above and beyond for me and my family, thoughtfully tailoring every detail to capture the essence of who my dad was. The funeral home itself is beautiful, comforting, and welcoming, which made such a difficult time feel a little easier. It takes a rare kind of compassion and dedication to do this work so beautifully, and they embody that completely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  We would like to express our sincerest thanks to John, Courtney and staff of the Marotti- Burns Funeral and Cremation Services for the kindness, grace and professionalism shown to us in this very difficult time. They walked us through each step with compassion and warmth. They provided personalized care, making individuals feel like family rather than customers. We thank them for the attention they gave in providing help and information to our family. Their kindness and compassion from beginning to end was very much appreciated. Dad's service was absolutely beautiful, did not feel rushed at all and everyone was so kind and supportive, it made this difficult time more bearable. We highly recommend them.

  During one of the most painful times of my life Courtney and Johnathan where everything I needed in a funeral Home. They helped me with the logistics my moms funeral but the compassion and kindness is what I truly needed. It felt like family holding my hand. Every time I didn't know what to do they sat with me and walked me through it. If you find yourself in an impossible situation like I was in call them . They were a light in a time of darkness. I thank God every day for guiding me thier way.
