  Our experience at Brightpath Elmer has been wonderful. We originally registered our daughter right when they were changing hands. My daughter was only ever with family and I was a wreck the first month sending her to an unfamiliar place. From day one, the wonderful teachers and staff that open up early (Ms. Tasia, Mallory, Megan, etc) made me feel at ease and helped me greatly with the transition. Every single staff member here works tirelessly to keep this place running. They are always performing cleaning duties, and the classrooms are always clean and tidy. Ms. Sarah is a wonderful teacher, and all of the assistants that put in the work of diaper changes, outside time, etc. work extremely hard. Everyone is always patient and professional when I observe them with children, and the center director Mary is personable to the point where I feel I can pop into her office with any questions or concerns. The events I attended for the Easter egg hunt and Mother's day were lovely, and this location definitely deserves praises. They always have different events going on such as parent education, book fairs, etc. My only wish is that Brightpath, as with all corporate daycares pay their staff members wages they deserve including assistants. Tuition is a bit higher than we'd like, but that's with any daycare now and I feel it's money well spent here. I did appreciate my teacher discount monthly. While we are sending our daughter to a daycare closer to our home, I will truly miss Brightpath Elmer because of the level of dedication the staff there have. I never had to question my daughter's safety, professionalism, or that she was unhappy. She enjoys going to school each day. Thank you ladies! :)

  After being with this daycare for 4 years and sending 3 of our children, under the previous owners as Firm Foundations. We made the decision to withdraw our daughter from this daycare due to serious concerns with leadership integrity and professionalism once the new company Bright Path took over. We were informed that the former assistant director — who is now the director — yelled at our child and told her to “shut up.” When we brought this to administration’s attention, instead of accountability, we were met with denial and clear attempts to dismiss and downplay the situation. She admitted to saying something inappropriate just not to “our child”. The behavior that followed was even more concerning. When my husband called to speak directly with the assistant director about the incident, staff members told him she was not there — despite her vehicle being present. We later learned she was inside the building and avoiding the conversation. That level of unprofessionalism and avoidance speaks volumes. When it comes to the safety and emotional well-being of children, honesty and accountability are not optional. Leadership sets the standard for the entire facility. If concerns about how a child is treated are met with denial, evasion, and what appeared to be deliberate avoidance, that is a serious red flag. We expect transparency and integrity from anyone entrusted with our child. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

  We absolutely LOVED it at firm foundations we had my son there for a year and it was amazing! Expensive- but worth every penny. Then bright path brought it and it went to hell. Staff were unhappy, it was impossible to get any answers from billing or management- they told us they would allow us to go Part time but then refused to give the director (loved her) an answer or a price after 1 month of waiting we had to pull him out bc we couldn’t wait any longer. So sad when a small Town daycare gets brought out by a big company :(

  My nephew currently attends Firm Foundations Private Preschool & I am very impressed with how much he has learned since he has been attending! I am very impressed with the quality of the education and customer service Firm Foundations Private Preschool obtains!
