  My mom has been living at Pine Rock for 3 years she loves it. The staff are amazing. They treat my mom just as it it were there own. There are lots of activities daily and the food is delicious! Once a month they bring in miniature support donkeys for the residents to pet - puts lots of smiles on everyone's faces! Can't say enough great things about Pine Rock.   When looking for a independent memory care living facility, I was recommended to look at Pine Rock Manor. I am glad I did! It is the perfect place for my mom. It gives her the independence but insures her safety. The transition went very well from her previous facility. I have found everyone very helpful, friendly and kind to my mom. When I have had a question about something I have gotten a very quick response and the staff always makes me feel welcome. I highly recommend Pine Rock Manor!!

  It's a difficult situation to have to take your loved one from their independent living situation that they've fought for all their lives and put them into an assisted living facility like this. However, the people at Pine Rock Manor were awesome and really try hard to make it a good experience. An unfortunate reality of healthcare is that people can become desensitized to the ugly parts of their job as the years go on. That did not appear to be the case with these folks, the intentional care was very apparent, despite it all, and they go very much out of their way to show kindness to the residents and visitors like myself. Very impressed with this place!

  Pine Rock Manor has been a wonderful place for our loved one. The staff are incredibly friendly, compassionate, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone is treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. The team takes the time to get to know each resident personally, and their dedication shows in the quality of care they provide every day. Knowing our loved one is surrounded by people who truly care gives our family great peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an assisted living community that feels like home.
