- KMKate Mosier1 day ago1.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Our family’s experience with Bright Horizons was deeply distressing. The center reported us to Child Protective Services over a minor concern involving a child’s water bottle — despite no allegations of abuse, injury, or neglect. Instead of partnership and communication, we experienced poor judgment, escalation, and unnecessary trauma for our family. The experience made it feel like the center was more concerned with liability and protecting itself than working collaboratively with parents. Mandated reporting matters. But so do common sense, proportionality, and trust. We would never recommend this center after what we experienced.

He just move to K-Prep this month and we can't be any more happier. The quality of teachers and the center overall is top notch. Our son loves going to the center and always comes home happy with tons to share. Even during COVID peak, the way the center handled operations was amazing. Highly recommended!

We now have 2 children at the center and wish BH extended into school years as we'd happily stay forever! The flexibility they provide in the infant program is perfect for us, everything is at your Babies pace and totally works around their needs. The infant teachers provide so much support and tactics for outside the center too which has been so helpful. We have loved experiencing all the different stages with our eldest - Toddlers, Pre-School and now Pre-K. It really has been such an exceptional experience. The activities, emotional support, connectivity has been awesome from the Pre-K carers/teachers and really helped set our child up for success at Kindergarten. Couldn't recommend the center more!
