  This community feels like home, I came in to have lunch with my aunt and felt like I was home. The staff was very friendly and the place is very clean. I was so happy to see my Aunt happy. I highly recommend this community.

  The Pines is a wonderful place for seniors to live and be cared for! Mike, Jenn, Sarah and the rest of the team are always interacting with the residents to ensure they feel welcomed and loved. We always have a great time sharing our music with the residents and staff-the smiles say it all!

  The facility is outstanding in both what it can provide and the cleanliness of the establishment itself. They go to great lengths to care for the residents of the Pines and it shows. Everything they have to offer those who live here demonstrates a willingness and eagerness to do everything they can. The staff are delightful and friendly from what I saw and care a great deal about their day to day lives of everyone around them.

  I cover a lot of facilities in New Hampshire and this is one where the administrator along with his nursing team drives the quality of care to the next level. Caring and involved staff do a very good job of ensuring resident’s needs are anticipated and met to their and the families’ satisfaction.

  I had the pleasure of touring the facility and met the staff who were amazing! I met a lovely resident who showed off her beautiful room! Not only are the residents happy, they have the option to transform their room and design it to how it fits them individually. Wonderful facility that feels like a home!
