Havenwood Heritage Heights is a not-for-profit, faith-based Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in New Hampshire., affiliated with the New Hampshire Conference of the United Church of Christ. We provide a continuum of healthcare services and long-term care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We are the largest of only three accredited CCRS in New Hampshire.
Residents of varying backgrounds and faiths live together at our Concord retirement community in an atmosphere of independence and dignity. We share a common bond of companionship and a sense of community.
