    I have been using this location for my son since he was 8 weeks old, 2.75 years ago now. Even through the ruff of times, they have always cared about the children and their safety. I have developed a relationship with almost all the staff, his teacher or not because they are all wonderful people! They are always professional and totally worth the time of getting to know them. I go out of my way to ensure that he is attendance of this wonderful facility!

    Would not take my 9 month old anywhere else. They are constantly engaging the kids and working on developmental skills. It's so nice to know that when we can't be with our son he is with people who clearly care about him. They are also great at communication and updating photos and notes daily so we always know what are kiddo is up to.

    The director Maddie doesn't care about the kids and she has such a high turn over rate with her staff. She admitted to not being in her right head space due to her personal life and completely neglected an issue that occurred with one of my kids that was brought to her attention and failed to report it even though she is a mandated reporter. My 4 year old asked to use the restroom and her teacher said no so she had an accident in her chair and was left sitting in it as a punishment as the teacher stormed out of the room and stated "IM NOT GOING TO CLEAN IT UP" Maddie is horrible with her staff and leaves them alone with more than the ratio of kids they should have. I'm not one to leave a negative review but I feel its important to let parents know that this daycare isn't run properly and the lack of communication is disturbing. The teachers and kids deserve better because there are some really good people that work there.

    Highly recommend Papillion KinderCare for military families. They work well with Childcare Aware and make the process easy to enroll and stay current with assistance. Teachers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the updated app provides opportunity for interaction with staff.
