    Best experience ever finding a dress for my son's wedding. Not only did I find more options here than in Omaha but the service cannot be beat. You won't find anyone better.

    I had the most wonderful experience here! I had Lesly and she was just the kindest person ever. She was so respectful of what I was looking for and actually listen to me without pushing me into anything and rushing me. She was respectful about my price and budget and made sure to stay in the price range. I wanted to hide my tattoos but she made me embrace them and show them off to the world. I would 100 percent recommend this place!

    This is my honest review of Madonna’s Wedding Belle. There is no place on Facebook to leave reviews, so here I am. First of all, I found my wedding dress at another dress shop but ordered my dress through Madonna’s. Although I cannot review a dress shopping experience with Lesley, the process of ordering my dress was very smooth. I got my dress for a cheaper price than what it would have been at the original place I found it. Bridesmaids dresses: For the most part everyone was fine, I had a couple girls’ who’s dresses didn’t fit the best but I understand you can only order off of what measurements are. One of the dresses was outrageously large and fell off of her zipped up. We should have contacted her right away to address the issue and that was our fault. My bridesmaid just got it altered to fit on her own. The girls were supposed to get a 10-15% discount because I got my dress there. Although I don’t know all of the details, I know one of the girls paid more than the tag price. Tuxes: Lesley did a good job helping us pick out tuxes and color coordinating everything. She had a great promotion going on and we got 3 free tuxes. Some of the groomsmen said they had a hard time getting ahold of her and had to message her on Facebook to get her their measurements. The tuxes came in on time which was great. Again, there were some sizing issues and one of our groomsmens word against hers on the issue. Our ring bearer got measured last minute to ensure his would fit properly since he is a growing child. It was much to small in the shirt and pants, let alone the pants being 3-4 inches short. Lesley says she measures for a fitted look, but that might not be the best idea for children who aren’t used to wearing tuxes. Due to everyone being out of town they couldn’t try on until Friday. The extreme sizing problems were addressed and new tuxes were sent overnight and arrived Saturday morning. Most importantly: We ordered dark grey tuxes for the groom and ring bearer and the rest were supposed to be light grey. ALL of the tuxes were dark grey. The groom had no differentiation than the rest of the wedding party! Humans make errors I get that, but the tuxes arrived Monday and she had all week to double check but did not. She felt absolutely terrible and gave us a small refund. Although Lesley is VERY friendly, I believe there is room for improvement. She does not have a seamstress on site and I had to set up fittings with someone else. By the way it sounds, she runs the business on her own. That’s great but it’s not professional to randomly close early and not be open when the posted hours say you’re going to be open. Yes, some of the time it was in the middle of a pandemic but that wasn’t the case for other times we tried to stop in. It would be nice for her to have a backup employee in case she has somewhere to be instead of closing the whole store, or be able to help two customers at once. I was not impressed by the way she dressed. Almost every time I went in she was wearing very tight pants and basically a bra with a sweater. I didn’t think it was professional at all. She would get wedding parties mixed up in texting conversations, sent my husband home with someone else’s veil thinking it was me who said to send the veil with the groom. It was not mine. Humans make mistakes and I get that, the mistakes just kept adding up though. We talked everything out and gave feedback so hopefully these things don’t happen to other brides.
