  We’ve only been with Kindercare for a couple of months but they’ve been so understanding. Being a new parent is scary and taking him to daycare was definitely something different. They’ve never failed to make us feel comfortable and updated and to fill our requests to get more updates. We’ve really enjoyed our time here.

  We have had such a wonderful experience with Kindercare! When we unexpectedly needed childcare for our son at the last minute, they welcomed him without any issues and made the entire process so much less stressful for our family. One of my favorite things is the communication. Throughout the day, they send updates on how he’s doing, diaper changes, how much he’s eaten, and photos of all the fun activities he’s participating in. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s happy, well cared for, and enjoying his day while I’m at work. The teachers and staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always willing to answer any questions we have. They communicate so well and truly make us feel like part of the Kindercare family. They’ve also been a huge help by providing helpful resources and support when I had been unsure about something. We are so grateful for the love and care they show our son since he has started. I was very hesitant since our son had never been to day care, but I highly recommend Kindercare to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and communicative childcare center. They are very supportive and reassuring. Thank you for everything you do! 💗💗

  We switched to Kindercare West A from another daycare in which we were at for about 5 years. Kindercare has welcomed us with open arms from the process of inquiring about available openings to starting; the first day, the staff at Kindercare comforted my children and made the transition so smooth for them and myself. They even had Welcome posts in the door for my kids on the first day! I love that they update me throughout the day! They accommodate my childrens diet as well as transport to and from my oldests' school. This daycare is just down the street from our house, that's just 1 thing that is a plus for me. My family and I enjoy Kindercare West A and regret not switching sooner. Brandy and Blair are great and my children love all their teachers so much! I always hear great things about their day and I couldn't ask for a better set of people to care for my children while I'm at work.

  My son hasn’t been there long but I already love it here. My son hasn’t grown so much in the toddler room socially and has gotten more confident being away from me I love that they send so many pictures and videos and I can my son Antonio is so loved 💜 plus those teachers have some type of nap time magic cause they can put him to sleep so easily 🩵

  Our son has been with KinderCare on West A since he was an infant (about 4 years total). They have been so great. The teachers really care about the kids and he loves going there. They bring in fun activities for the kids in the summer and do little special events all year round, which is a great treat for the kids. I've never felt worried about his safety or well being while he is there, which is such a relief.
