  Mitzi has done an amazing job with our daughter since before she even moved up to her class. Mitzi is always a bright face to start her day off right and does an amazing job with communication. Mitzi is not only a huge support for our daughter but for us as parents as well, she always has encouraging words to share. If we could send her off with our daughter to elementary school, we would!

  Absolutely love all of my daughter teachers and every teacher there. All of them are so incredibly nice and amazing. Ms. Julie and Ms. Jayda are amazing directors!

  If I could mark negative, I would. For the most part, I thought KinderCare on Pioneers was a well established development center I could trust with integrity. Sadly, over the past five years I have become questionable. There are many teachers that my children mention as being "mean", which happens, I know. There have also been complaints of rough hands-on interactions by "teachers" that are absolutely unnecessary and hurtful. My children have been forced into their cots at nap time, had LEGS placed on them to stay still, and even a bruised lip due to being forced down upon said cots. This is disgusting. My main concern is there are NO cameras in the facility; not inside, nor outside. The director does not feel they are necessary. I disagree. If my children come home with unexplained bruises and cuts with NO incident report I am HIGHLY concerned. I have been trying to give them a chance. The employees are absolutely unqualified. They demand respect from little children not even five, they yell, they call names, they even hold grudges against a CHILD. Another concern I have is my child is very confused about a new "teacher" (female, pre-op) who demands AGGRESSIVELY to be called a man? By three/four year olds? I'm sorry but that is unacceptable, if a child calling you "Miss" or any other female oriented title, because you are and look like a woman, they should not be shamed. I will not stand for any of this, I am and have been in contact with corporate in OR taking action.

  My grandson has been going to this location since he was 6 weeks old. I cant say enough about this center, while I had issues when my own kids were in daycare, as well as my daughter had issues when her oldest went to daycare, so we both worried about sending him to a daycare. I will say my daughter and myself cant even to begin to list all the ways this has been the best experience. They've listened to any concerns, addressed them and adjusted as needed. We also never drop off/pickup at the sametime. I have to say my daughter doesnt just take my grandson to daycare, she takes him from home to his 2nd home. They're his 2nd family. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! Would recommend 110% and assure your child/children will be in the hands of dedicated, educated, and be with like family members hands!!!

  This is the best daycare we have been to. The staff truly cares about my daughter and her best interest. She is there for long amounts of time and the keep her busy! Thank you!
