  The workers are simply incompetent and careless. There is zero leadership in this center, and no one to speak to that can address or resolve very serious issues. This center is one of the highest costing of its kind in the area, yet the smell of unchanged diapers and children running around with snot crusted to their face is a daily occurrence. Even with parental presence at drop off and pick up, children will be biting, hitting, even pushing each other on the cement with zero consequence or attention from workers. I often wonder how my children have survived in these people’s care and wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last option for genuine childcare.

  Honestly- I love this place, it was a huge transition for my son but every time I picked him up he’s always laughing and waving the teachers goodbye. The two ladies that work there are super amazing (Amber & Brandy ) and the most understanding people ever. They definitely had so much patience with me and my picky ass.

  I have had a wonderful experience with KinderCare they care so much about the children! They also are very supportive and do their very best to keep great communication about things. They have struggled keeping good help like most places of businesses and things got a little rocky for awhile but I see them really pulling things back together! And what I love about amber and brandy is they have done everything in their power to see that it turns around! I know my kids are safe and well taken care of while I’m away at work and it and that’s alone is something

  Switched our son there and he absolutely loves it he went to a bad daycare before and cried everyday to go now he loves going and is so happy when I pick him up.the staff is so nice and loving to my son and I.
