TLDR: lower your expectations, do not expect to feel like your child matters, do not expect to receive what they claim to provide, and expect to pay a lot. The teachers are kind and genuinely care, they earned the second star rating. This review is geared toward admin and upper management.
We were given the bait-and-switch. Months in advance of our move to the area, we enrolled our child with the belief that there would be continuity between her prior BH location and this one. There was not. Neither in the curriculum, nor environment, nor cohort was there any continuity.
She was placed in a classroom that she had aged out of because the classroom she should/would have been placed in was full. Any other daycare would have told us that the appropriate class was full. Not this location, though, they saw an opportunity for profit and seized it. After my child's first day of attendance, she started to show behavioral regression.
There was a lot of lip-service about seeing what they could do for placement (the obvious answer being nothing, since there are ratios that must be adhered to; space cannot be created where there simply isn't any). We withdrew her after her second day. Adding insult to injury, we are still liable for the entire 30 days tuition. There is no way to reach out directly to corporate that I have yet found, but I plan to keep looking for one. I have requested contact from the regional director, because enrolling children for placement that the school knows isn't available is unacceptable.
I feel betrayed. I feel let down by what we thought was a company we could trust after my child attended a different location for 4 stellar years.
Edit to add: we have been granted a refund for days not attended. After withdrawal, the school reached out to us to let us know there were, in fact, spots in the correct room and they don't know why our child wasn't placed there. Our frustration and disappointment outweighed the gesture: we declined their offer to place her in the proper class. After weeks of difficulty contacting the school leading up to the start date, three days (including our meet-and greet day prior to 2 days attendance) the school had to place my child in the appropriate room, and not receiving an incident report for a fall she had on her first day that was bad enough to require band aids on both knees, this school was not somewhere we felt comfortable leaving our kid during our workdays.

I feel as though the administration at this daycare is not being truthful with parents. While touring the facility, you are assured that space will be available in the time frame in which you need childcare, despite there being wait list because, as the employee stated, "by the time most people on the wait list are contacted, they have already found childcare." So you pay them $75 to be added to the list. If you ask them how many people are in front of you, they will put off answering your question or promise to call you back and let you know and then you won't hear from them again. And forget calling and leaving multiple messages because your call will not be returned. If you are lucky enough to eventually get in touch with someone when you call back again, they are very rude. When you press them for an answer about where you are on the wait list, you finally find out that there are DOZENS of people ahead of you! Are they telling parents that there will be a space available when they need it just to get people to pay the $75 fee? Who knows, but sure seems that way.
