  Great experience! Staff was caring, GYM! (great for hot days, rainy days, cold days, extracurriculars, etc.), new facility, offered MANY enrichment programs: Super Sports, Little People’s Creative Workshop (LPCW), Music, Reading, and Soccer Shots. We will miss this school!

  Both our daughters went to this daycare since they were babies! My eldest started in this daycare back in 2018 when we moved to Wake Forest and Ms Carrie has been the director since then. Our youngest started here in 2021, and just graduated Pre-K.. we just want to express our sincere gratitude, that we can go to work in peace knowing our kids are safe, nurtured and well taken care of. Thanks to the amazing teachers and support staff that we have known all these years. Special thanks to Ms Charlotte, Ms Emerald and Ms Elba!

  We love KinderCare even more now than when we started almost 3 years ago. It's a great place! One isolated incident would never change our mind on how we feel. The safety of the children is number 1 and it's apparent. This place is wonderful all around! Adding another note here that we still love Wake Forest KinderCare! :) I will start by saying thank the heavens that our son is at Wake Forest KinderCare! When he turned 4 months old, we had enrolled him in another daycare while we waited for a spot at KinderCare to open up. He was in the other daycare for 2 months and it was really stressful (it was not a good daycare). As soon as we got that call that his spot opened at KinderCare we switched him, and it has been the BEST experience of our lives! The entire front office staff of Ms. Carrie, Ms. Angela, and Ms. Bebe is phenomenal. They know you and your child and make you feel like you're part of their family. It goes such a long way, and my son loves all of them! The teachers are A-MAZING! They care so much about the children, and the parents, and the detail that goes into each day and monthly theme is unmatched... My son is excelling in his development, and I know that's because of KinderCare. They do so many activities and I love the updates through the app - live throughout each day... you really get to feel like you're connected to everything going on, which is really important (especially for me as a first-time parent). The food they provide is well-balanced and nutritious, which is of course extremely important while these little ones are growing and developing. And there's always healthy snacks waiting at the front every afternoon - which my son loves to enjoy on his ride home. I cannot say enough great things about how amazing this daycare center is. If I could rate higher, I would. This place has changed all of our lives for the better and I absolutely love being part of this family!

  The daycare is beautiful and very well maintained, however the staff and the level of professionalism they carry is not. Management really needs to do some training and reevaluate the people they hire in order to keep up with the 'over the market' prices. The assistant director who is now the "Director" gossips with parents and creates issues between families. She goes back and forth and communicates false information. I am not sure how she was promoted to the position she is in now and I saw another review stating she was getting her hair braided by another employee. The pre k teacher "annie" is mean and is always complaining about the children in her class. Please train your staff and think about implementing changes.
