  Great experience! Staff was caring, GYM! (great for hot days, rainy days, cold days, extracurriculars, etc.), new facility, offered MANY enrichment programs: Super Sports, Little People’s Creative Workshop (LPCW), Music, Reading, and Soccer Shots. We will miss this school!

  Both our daughters went to this daycare since they were babies! My eldest started in this daycare back in 2018 when we moved to Wake Forest and Ms Carrie has been the director since then. Our youngest started here in 2021, and just graduated Pre-K.. we just want to express our sincere gratitude, that we can go to work in peace knowing our kids are safe, nurtured and well taken care of. Thanks to the amazing teachers and support staff that we have known all these years. Special thanks to Ms Charlotte, Ms Emerald and Ms Elba!

  We love KinderCare wake forest. We are always greeted with a smile by Ms. Bebe and Ms. Angela, and have come to know them on a personal level, which makes us feel great taking our kids there. The teachers are phenomenal, and they have made adjustments when needed to make sure our kids have the best care possible. Our kids love the splash pad during the summers, and the gym is also a big hit. The thought put into the children's schedule and education every week is carefully planned based on what they should be learning shows the exceptional knowledge of the program specialist. We also love the daily updates on what our children are learning and getting pictures of their day is really special. We love it here!

  The daycare is beautiful and very well maintained, however the staff and the level of professionalism they carry is not. Management really needs to do some training and reevaluate the people they hire in order to keep up with the 'over the market' prices. The assistant director who is now the "Director" gossips with parents and creates issues between families. She goes back and forth and communicates false information. I am not sure how she was promoted to the position she is in now and I saw another review stating she was getting her hair braided by another employee. The pre k teacher "annie" is mean and is always complaining about the children in her class. Please train your staff and think about implementing changes.

  My child loves the Pre-K4 program and hasn't fought me about attending after experiencing his first trial attendance. I love that the staff and teachers are all caring and in a genuine [heartwarming] way. If you're looking for a Pre-K4 program that will prepare your child for kindergarten [academically] rather than a center that's focused solely on "babysitting," you must request a tour at this facility. From infants to Pre-K4, KinderCare truly cares about our children.
