In one particular situation, 24/7 care was needed immediately, and Dave Knier and his team at TheKey jumped right in, completed the in-home assessment, and lined up caregivers to get started. When the client requested a printed copy of his invoice, Dave happily printed it and drove it over to the client each week, even though this wasn't "his" job. Thanks for providing top-notch home care and going the extra mile.
- EEErinMar 31, 20261.0After several home visits (including one with a registered nurse) and lengthy phone discussions describing our situation and needs, we signed a contract with The Key for home care for my aunt. After two days of providing care, the contract was abruptly ended with only a 24 hour notice given stating that the conditions in the home were not conducive for their caregivers. This left our family in a dire circumstance scrambling for last minute care for our family member. The manner in which our contract was ended was unprofessional at best and bordered on unethical. This business compounded an already highly stressful situation for my family and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking to provide in home care for a loved one.
