  We absolutely love Raleigh Knowledge Beginnings. The teachers and staff are wonderful, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. The school is always clean, and we really appreciate the additional programs and activities they offer. Our kids especially love the summer water days and always have so much fun. The management team is also very kind, responsive, and caring. It gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing our children are in such safe and capable hands every day. We are very grateful to have found this school and would highly recommend it to other families.

  We had such a wonderful experience at this daycare over the past few years. The teachers and staff truly cared about our son and created a safe, loving, and fun environment where he could learn and grow. They helped build his confidence, encouraged his curiosity, and made every day something he looked forward to. We’re so grateful for the care, kindness, and support they showed our family, and we highly recommend them!

  I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with Raleigh Knowledge Beginnings. At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly for the first six months. However, after that period, there was a noticeable change, and things started to take a turn for the worse. It appears that many of the teachers are unexperienced enough to handle children of that age group. I've observed that during drop-off and pick-up times, they struggle to remain calm and patient. On some occasions, when I picked up my child early, I was quite concerned to hear shouting and yelling at the kids in the hallway. Despite my efforts to express these concerns to the management, I felt that my feedback was not taken seriously. Additionally, the daycare's cleanliness standards seemed to progressively worse., and my child was getting sick more frequently. I also noticed a concerning change in my child's behavior, becoming more aggressive. Even during my last phone call to inform them that this would be my child's final week at the daycare due to our negative experience, I was met with indifference. No one asked questions like, "What can we do to improve?" or seemed interested in addressing the issues. I waited a bit before writing this review to see how my child would adjust to a new place. I am pleased to report that it is ABSOLUTLY CLEAR we made the right decision by leaving Knowledge Beginnings.

  We absolutely love this daycare! From day one, Director Jasmine and Assistant Desna have made us feel so welcomed and at ease. The infant room, where our little one son is, is calm, clean, and full of energy. It’s clear that the staff , and teachers in the infant classroom genuinely care and go the extra mile every day. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our baby to grow, learn, and feel safe!

  From day one, it's been such a rewarding experience for our family to watch our daughter learn and grow here at this school. From the professionalism, education, and love everyone here shows, we couldn't be happier with our decision! We immediately noticed our daughter's progress with their programs... something she wasn't absorbing from her prior school. She's excelling in every way developmentally and she loves being here. The director is always very engaged with daily operations, with parents and most of all the children. Everyone here genuinely has a great passion for what they do and it shows. We love this school and highly recommend it to anyone searching for a star quality experience. It definitely exceeds our expectations. The Ealey family
