  This daycare gave me and my son a terrible experience as a first time mom to daycares. June 10th 2024 my son started this daycare, it was his first time ever being watched by someone who wasn’t family . Every single day I got a call while at work stating that my son was crying and yelling and was instructed to pick him up. On His last day there June 14th , I walk into the facility and see that my son is crying , face red , screaming at the top of his lungs, looking very distressed and uncomfortable because the DIRECTOR had my 2 year old strapped down in a chair unable to move like a mental patient. As soon as she saw me she unbuckled him , I asked what the reason for that was she simply stated that he wouldn’t keep still , she had him on display sitting like that in front of 11-12 other kids in the room . I explained to her that my son was autistic, she then decided to make a comment saying “well if we knew he was like that we would have told you to take him somewhere else”. I called corporate explain the situation, but they did not feel that it was important nor necessary to call me back. My mother also reached out to corporate never got a call back. Never got an email back. This experience has negatively impacted both me and my son and gave me PTSD and since then, and my son has never been to another daycare facility.

My children feel safe, happy, loved, and excited to go every day — and as a mom, that means everything to me. Thank you for creating such a nurturing, clean, supportive, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. It takes special people to care for little ones, and your team does it with excellence and genuine love. We are beyond grateful for all that you do for our family! 🫶🏾

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have known the director for over 5 years, since my older daughters first attended daycare, and she has always been incredibly attentive, caring, and welcoming. One thing that stands out is how she acknowledges every family before they leave for the day — it truly makes you feel seen and valued. She genuinely cares about the children and creates a positive environment where kindness and respect matter. She does not tolerate bullying among the older kids and handles situations with care and professionalism, which gives parents so much peace of mind. It’s clear this is more than just a job to her. We are very thankful for the love, structure, and attention she gives to every child and family.

  Great Learning Environment For Children! Ms.Jayla And Ms.Jazmine’s an energy and attitude beginning the day for students, followed by the great teachers for the individual classrooms!
