  My grandson attends here we have been paying money to not be heard things happen and parents are supposed to be fine The director Monica was very rude and sarcastic about the situation with my daughter to the point my daughter didnt feel comfortable bringing her child because it would always be a set back on how people feel as parents … Director comes out yelling at school when not helping her teachers calm them . You can also see a lot of favoritism in the building to much drama around kids … Monica needs to be very better and more positive about her parents feelings summer camp had a fee per child they only did 2 field trips the whole summer but yet we had to pay a summer camp fee Also Monica the director has an attitude for everything the center is not organized at all teachers get treated like bs while monica sits in the office on her phone all day or in rooms on the phone talking to parents about things not related to the center … with someone with a spirit and attitude as such needs to be replaced then maybe your center would be better

  We are so pleased with the care our daughter receives at this daycare! We made the switch when she was 6 months old because her previous daycare wasn’t changing her as frequently as we needed due to her sensitive skin. From our tour here, we were assured they would accommodate her needs — and they absolutely have. The facility is fantastic, and the Director, Ms. Monica, is wonderful, always greeting us with a smile. Mia adores her infant teacher, Mrs. Aishah, and we appreciate all the engaging activities she does with her. We couldn’t be happier!

  We love all the teachers at kindercare, and we have had a great experience here. I appreciate all the activities the infants and toddlers do, and I love how invested and engaged all the teachers are. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs childcare.

  My family and I absolutely love the Millbrook KinderCare location!! The staff is very attentive and caring!! Very happy with the decision to enroll the children here. They really understand it takes a village! Thank you to all the staff!

  I truly love this daycare. When entering for the first time with my twin granddaughter's the director Mrs Monica welcomed and embraced the children. They cried and Mrs Monica ensured us that it would take about three to four days for them to get truly comfortable, Mrs Monica informed us that Mr Chassidy (1yr old teacher) would be a great teacher for them due to her experience. She was so right. After day three the girls was pushing the doors open and rushing to Ms Chassidy class like she was family. Little to say this feels more like family than a daycare to me. Thank you Mrs Monica from my daughter and my self for running a great family oriented facility.
