  My daughter has been with Kindercare Durant for three months. It is evident that the team cares for our kiddos, enjoys spending time with kids, and makes a concerted effort to communicate with the families in a timely manner. The team is friendly and accommodating whenever we have requests, which is appreciated!

  ** UPDATE ** Kindercare corporate stepped in and resolved the issue quickly with many apologies. The regional director called me personally and apologized and I am very thankful to the corporate team. In hindsight, I should have reached out to them to begin with when getting no where with the local Durant road location. Thanks again to them for making it right. ** Original post ** What a disaster. We decided to remove our daughter from Kindercare last September and so we called and informed them and asked if anything else was needed. They told us they would make a note and all would be ok. I have since received a bill over and over again for time that my daughter wasn't there and they refuse to correct the issue. I have called many times and every time they say they will investigate and correct the issue. Well, they sent the bill to collections and I can't get them to correct it. So I will pay the bill for services that I did not receive because they are either too incompetent to fix the problem or they simply don't care enough. There are some nice people there, the teacher's seem great, and the place is clean, but the management is a disaster and I am very angry I now need to pay hundreds of dollars for nothing.

  I was nervous to put my kids in daycare but this place has been the best thing for them and their learning. They love it and have grown so much since being in daycare. The staff really cares about the kids and shows excitement about their growth.

  We have been at Durant Road KinderCare for over a year, and we love it! The staff is caring and attentive, and our daughter is always excited to be there. Even with the changes required for COVID, the staff has made this process easy for everyone.

  This daycare is by far the greatest. Everyone has been exceptionally helpful and kind and professional. I have been using them for a few months now and all 3 of my children enjoy the center and I don’t have to worry about them while I’m working. Even during the pandemic they have been safe and made sure everyone copped as well as one can to all that’s going on. I’d highly recommend to anyone. Best daycare I’ve ever used!
