  We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Crème de la Crème Summer Camp. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism and care exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Executive Director Jillian Thornton, who took the time to personally welcome our family and provide a detailed tour of the facility. She introduced us to the classrooms, teachers, nutritionist, and front desk staff, ensuring we felt informed, comfortable, and confident in our decision. Every staff member has been kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in the children. The teachers create a warm and engaging environment, and the front desk team is always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our daughter, Samara, looks forward to camp every day and comes home excited about what she has learned and experienced. As parents, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing your child is safe, happy, and cared for. This has been our first summer with Crème de la Crème, and it has been an outstanding experience. We highly recommend this summer camp to any family looking for a nurturing, organized, and high-quality program. Thank you to Jillian and the entire team for making Samara’s summer so memorable!   I don’t typically write reviews, but after seeing a couple of recent one-star reviews, I felt like I needed to share our experience. I never wanted to put my children in daycare. Touring different centers was honestly stressful because nowhere felt quite right. The moment we toured this school though, everything changed. It felt safe, warm, and welcoming, and I immediately had a sense that this was where my kids belonged even though it’s out of our price range and a further drive, we make it work. Every teacher we’ve met has been genuinely invested in my children’s happiness, education, and development. They don’t just supervise the kids, they know them, care about them, and celebrate them. I truly feel like my children are loved and adored while they’re there, which is the greatest gift a parent can ask for. The school is consistently clean, organized, and structured, and my kids have learned so much since they started. Beyond that, the staff has always treated our family with kindness and grace. On the rare occasions I’ve forgotten extra clothes or even been a little late for pickup, they’ve responded with understanding instead of judgment. I love that every teacher at the school is a role model to my children. My kids often talk about their teachers so positively, they play pretend as their teachers, and they always ask if they have daycare tomorrow and are sad on the days I say no lol I know if I ever had a concern I would feel comfortable bringing it to them and confident they’d respond as part of my team. If this daycare didn’t exist, I’m honestly not sure my children would be in daycare at all. They are the only people I’ve ever fully trusted with my kids, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they do. Thank you to Jillian and every single teacher at Creme for loving my children so well.

  This school is truly amazing! We had a wonderful tour and were so impressed with everything it has to offer. The director is incredibly kind and has made us feel at ease as parents, which is a huge plus. She values building trust with families, which is much more important than just getting children enrolled. This was a huge relief for us, especially since we’ve come from several centers that were part of large corporations, where the focus was mainly on getting children in the door rather than providing quality care. The rotational model through art and science is fantastic because it keeps children engaged in the classrooms and allows them to explore a deeper level of learning. The science teacher was so welcoming and let my son explore her classroom while asking questions during the tour, which showed us that the teachers are patient and attentive. We decided to enroll because it thrilled our son and gave us a sense of belonging in a school community that truly cares about my child’s well-being, rather than just a random enrollment.

  I would leave 0 stars if I could. I enrolled my daughter at this "school" (Crème de la Crème) and signed up until may 2026, the outside locations of the school are filled with mosquitoes which terrorized my daughter when she's outside. The school did not do a good job of mitigating this, even when given instructions to ensure my daughter is wearing long sleeves she comes home covered in bites. Worse yet, while attending the school my daughter did not learn anything new, they claim to teach a variety of subjects but in reality it is an overpriced mismanaged daycare. In fact the only thing my daughter did learn was how to spit on people. Once this behavior emerged I brought my concern to the "teacher" at the school, she immediately pointed out the child that started this behavior and said that the child has been spitting on everyone, from which they learn to spit on others. Clearly nothing was being done about this so we spoke to the manager. The manager stated they had no knowledge of these incidents which goes to show the lack of care and attention they place on the children. Save yourself and your children from this place and go somewhere else.

  Staff are really caring, and know our two girls brilliantly after just a few months. They've both learned a huge amount since joining and are clearly developing well. Ms Mackenzie has also had a huge difference in a behavioral challenge, it was brilliantly handled. Staff are very responsive and open to feedback, which we love as they really all want to create the best environment for both staff and the children. The end of day snacks make a huge difference as well. We've even had the occasional tears at pick up! They're clearly having a great time. Thank you Ms Jillian and team!!!!
