  My daughter has attended this facility since August last year and as far as the center and staff go, exceptional and would gladly leave a 5 start review but as far as the kindercare corporation that oversees this location, this review is for them. Back in Sep. I had started my own business and had some financial set backs where I could not pay the $215 payment weekly and went 2 weeks and paid $430 then 3 weeks and paid $430 then the following day another $315 trying to get account caught up. I was charged $30 each week in addition to the tuition. With Christmas and the holidays and being the sole provider to my family of 7, I did my best to catch up the "late" fees but made sure tuition was paid each week, every week since Nov. 22nd 2024 without a single missed week or payment. Kinder care has continued adding $30 a week even though payments have been made and tuition paid for that week in full and continues to do so. I have paid hundreds in extra fees all because a few weeks. Even now they are threatening to kick my daughter out if I don't pay yet another $245 dollars which they are continuously adding more late fees to each week. I have reached out to the district manager whom refuses to openly acknowledge the fact I am being charged late fees for late fees and even reached out to her manager whom I recieved a message from their assistant stating everything looks good on their end, I am still responsible for the additional $245 and this will continue to add up in late fees till paid even though I'm paying each weeks tuition in full already. My daughter is 3 and special circumstances so uprooting her to another facility is not fair to her nor in her best intrest at all and like I said, the staff at the facility are phenomenal so I am being extorted because I do not get a voucher, I am a cash customer. What are my options, what am I supposed to do but get drained by this corprate extortion group. BEWARE!!! Oh, I have all documents and payment schedules to show anyone interested. This facilites staff cares about your children, the kindercare corporation only cares about how much money they can TAKE from you.

  I absolutely love this daycare. All the staff are so caring and always make you feel welcome. The Director, Gathie, and Assistant Director, Leighann, are wonderful and very friendly. I appreciate all the effort they put in to make this Daycare so great. My son's teacher, Ms. Amanda, is also a huge part of why I love this Daycare. She is very kind and is committed to taking good care of the kids. He loves seeing her in the mornings and it's never been hard to leave him in their care. You can easily see how well they care for all the kids. I’m such a worrying Mama and being able to drop off my son without worry is such a blessing. If you are looking for a Daycare don't waste your time looking anywhere else because Millers Creek Kindercare is the best!

  My son loves Kindercare! He has learned so much during his time there and absolutely adores his teachers. They take good care of him and I know that he is safe there. He enjoys all of the fun activities and crafts that they do. He loves playing on the playground and has made so many friends. I would definitely recommend Kindercare to anyone looking for reliable childcare.

  My 3 year old has been going to this daycare since he was 1 1/2. He seems to enjoy it there, and has made some really good friends. I feel that if he didn’t like it he wouldn’t want to go, and would put up a fight. The staff is always extremely nice, and helpful. I feel that they’ve done an excellent job since COVID came along. He hasn’t even had the common cold like he had many times last year. So I feel that they’re taking extra precautions, and cleaning well. I can’t stress enough that the staff at the Millers Creek location is absolutely wonderful, and that means the world when it comes to your child! And I can’t forget to mention that the director is AWESOME!!! 🤩

  My child enjoys going and good teachers however this new covid stuff is making me think differently on using the center. YOU HAVE A LINE OF BABIES STANDING in LINE OR Sitting in the car. If its going to be outside at least have a warm area for our children. Not to mention you cant get a good temperature in this cold air. And now 3 year olds are wearing mask. How is one thing helping more than the other?The lobby was made to drop children off. Why not use it or close the doors. There are better ways than this and if you think about it. All the teachers go home and travel the same as us.
