I understand that the omission is ultimately my responsibility, but they are responsible for not doing a better job of guiding me through the paperwork when I was already grieving from the recent loss of a loved one. I would give them zero stars if I could. Simply Cremations of Charlotte please do a better job of training your staff so no one else has to go through this.
