Sean went above and beyond with providing me with an alternative in receiving my fiancé ashes. - ESElvis ScottMay 6, 20261.0I wish zero stars was an option. They were kind, but didn't do a thorough job of reviewing the death certificate with me so the death certificate needs to be updated. I understand that the omission is ultimately my responsibility, but they are responsible for not doing a better job of guiding me through the paperwork when I was already grieving from the recent loss of a loved one. I would give them zero stars if I could. Simply Cremations of Charlotte please do a better job of training your staff so no one else has to go through this.

He has NEVER called me. I wrote this original review after I spoke with him. I had to reach out three separate occasions to get someone on the telephone. This was ALMOST an apology; read the room, Sean + Mike. You were able to tell me there were four other families over the weekend who were also left hanging like I was – if they didn't call you have you reached out to them? I'm going to guess that's doubtful based solely on how you treated our family. Absolutely awful experience!!! Spoke with Sean weeks prior to my father's death to set up all of the details. He was wonderful on the phone, and very assuring. When my father passed away he DID NOT respond to phone calls, messages or emails. I still have not heard from him at all and it has now been two days. I would not recommend this cremation service to anyone! Absolutely left me hanging in what was the hardest moment of my entire life. Complete disappointment. Very cruel.
