A Community Health Organization: Our mission is to support individuals in accessing quality healthcare and to connect them with vital community resources.
A program of DMM is DC Connect a gateway to community resources, primarily for Davidson County residents, who are experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, and/or post incarcerated, however service connections are made for all.
While many things have changed, our purpose remains steadfast: to provide better access to healthcare for the residents of Davidson County, North Carolina.
