  My son Micah started at this location at 14 weeks old and is now turning 1on Oct 15th. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare! As a parent, one of the hardest things is trusting someone else to care for your child, and from the very beginning, they have given me such a sense of comfort and peace of mind. Ms. Stephanie, Ms.RayLynn and the staff here are incredibly caring, attentive, patient, and genuinely loving toward the children. I never feel like Micah is simply being “watched”—I feel like he is being cared for, nurtured, encouraged, and loved while he is there. Seeing him happy and comfortable with his teachers Ms. Jabria, Ms. Patricia, and now Ms. Shannel means more to me than I can put into words. I also truly appreciate the communication and the way Ms. Shannel keeps me informed about his day, his development, and the little moments that matter. They have all created an environment where I feel comfortable asking questions and where I know my concerns as a parent will be heard and respected. Knowing that I can go to work and trust that my baby is safe, happy, learning, and surrounded by people who genuinely care about him is such a blessing. I am extremely grateful for everyone who plays a part in caring for Micah. Choosing childcare is such an important decision, and I am so thankful that we found a place where he is able to thrive. I would wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, loving, and dependable place for their child. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my baby and for giving this mama peace of mind every single day! ❤️

  Called to see if I could get more information regarding the pre k program. The front desk didn’t know basic information like, over market prices, tour scheduling and availability. I asked for my number to be left for the director (who hopefully knows more). Next thing I know I hear the director in the back being ghetto yelling, huffing and puffing that there is an over the market fee and that she doesn’t know what it is either just loud and sucking her teeth because she doesn’t know basic information. I ended up hanging up the phone because who would even want a child around someone with that behavior. KINDERCARE ON SPRING FOREST is HIGHLEY recommended

  It’s difficult for me to put into words just how phenomenal the care provided from the staff here is with our children. My 4 year old son, who’s an only child and spent his entire second year of life in quarantine has flourished with the love and support of these amazing caregivers. They share photos and videos daily, meal reports, activities— and were instrumental in helping with potty training. They just go above and beyond in so many ways. We experienced a layoff in our household last week and the idea of removing him absolutely broke my heart. When I discussed this with the staff they assured me all moveable mountains would be moved to accommodate this temporary situation. I would never want or consider any other daycare/preschool— when I drop him off in the morning and my baby boy runs up to his teachers with hugs, there is absolutely no way to stage a reaction like that. It’s the most genuine act there is. Knowing the people I leave my son with, care for him on a level that’s close to family.. there’s no price I wouldn’t pay for that.

  I love KinderCare and how they send you updates through out the day. I know my daughter is in good hands with them. Miss Camila has been so amazing threw the whole process of getting her ready and putting my first time mommy worries at ease especially during Covid but I know she is in great hands. I would recommend them hands down every time .
