  Called to see if I could get more information regarding the pre k program. The front desk didn’t know basic information like, over market prices, tour scheduling and availability. I asked for my number to be left for the director (who hopefully knows more). Next thing I know I hear the director in the back being ghetto yelling, huffing and puffing that there is an over the market fee and that she doesn’t know what it is either just loud and sucking her teeth because she doesn’t know basic information. I ended up hanging up the phone because who would even want a child around someone with that behavior. KINDERCARE ON SPRING FOREST is HIGHLEY recommended

  Went for a tour , everyone acted completely lost as to why I was there. Unorganized and all over the place

  I love this daycare it’s clean they’re nice, organized and treat my child very well l love all the teachers I’ve encountered and I’m happy they are always open to improving the classrooms. My only problem is with the assistant director Raylyn she always has an attitude she walks around with an attitude all day. You ask a question she answers with an attitude I’ve never seen her smile and I know that sometimes a director may go help out in the classrooms and it’s a little concerning that she may be in the classroom with my child because of her poor attitude. I don’t understand how you work with children and seem miserable everyday.

  I have a 2 year old & 9 month old here. The teacher do an amazing job of ensuring my children's safety & making me feel at ease leaving them all day. My 2 year old was having some trouble talking & using the potty & since shes been her we've seen massive improvement. My 9 month old absolutely adores her teachers & always has the biggest smile in all the pictures I get throughout the day. Highly recommend them!!!

  We love kindercare knightdale! Our little one just turned 4 months old and has been going there for about 6 weeks now. Being first time parents, we wanted to make sure our baby was in the best care, and I believe we made the right choice! Their real-time updates in their apps on naps, feeding, etc has been so wonderful for this working mama! I know exactly when the last time she fed and napped and can plan her afternoon accordingly! They also take care of the diapers, wipes, and formula (huge game changer!). Our little one smiles every morning when she see her teachers. We have also seen a huge difference in her development! They help work on whatever you’re trying to teach at home. They have been fantastic so far and we love it!
