- MPMadeline PooleSep 9, 20265.0My son has really enjoyed going here so far and always comes home happy. Before bed, he even asks me, “If I go to sleep, can I go to school tomorrow?” which is so cute and says a lot about how much he enjoys being there! The director is very kind and helpful. Even though she is always busy, she still takes the time to stop what she’s doing and answer any questions I have. My son loves his teachers, the facility is always clean, and he even enjoys the food they serve. Overall, I’m very happy with our experience at this KinderCare and feel good knowing my son is happy and enjoys going to school every day.
- LALetrice AlliaAug 25, 20262.0I had to withdraw my son’s enrollment. About two months ago I toured KinderCare. I like the facility, the staff and the learning program. I started the enrollment process paid the $130 fee. A few weeks went by and I never heard back from the director. I reach out to KinderCare to let them know I want my son on a part time schedule and want him to attend in September. They told me they couldn’t find my name or son’s name in the system. I told them I paid the fee I should be in the system…all of a sudden they can find me. Anyways I expressed I want him to attend part time and I have discount through my employer. They told me to email them the proof. I email the director and the director assistant. I never received a follow email stating they received my benefits. Now we’re two weeks before the start date, KinderCare emailed me stating my son is attending 5 days a week at full price. Unfortunately this location didn’t meet my expectations because of lack of communication.
