Scholars in Training Education Center (SIT) was established in the summer of 2016 when the name and foundational principles of the program were nurtured by Keeyama Mumford. Spurred by a longtime desire to operate a philosophically innovative early childhood program, Keeyama pursued funding and space. Over time, Keeyama took the steps to make this dream a reality.
