  We were so pleased with Myline! She altered my mother of the bride dress perfectly! She took my wedding dress from 1997 and designed it for my daughter to wear at her rehearsal. It was amazing! She altered the wedding gown too! Every time we had an appointment, she was so friendly and answered all of our questions and was just so easy to work with!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Myline’s Bridal. I brought in my bridesmaid dress to have a strap added. I was originally quoted $65, which I agreed to. I was specifically told that I would be called before the strap was attached so I could approve the thickness and make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. That never happened. Instead, I had to call them just to get an update, and I was told the dress was already finished. When I came in to try it on, the strap had already been sewn on without my approval. It wasn’t the thickness I wanted, and it wasn’t even the correct size because no one had taken proper measurements beforehand. To make matters worse, I picked up the dress on the very day I needed to wear it, not by the day I had been told it would be ready. That left me with no real opportunity to have it corrected or take it somewhere else if I wasn’t satisfied They did fix the strap, but then came another surprise. When it was time to pay, my total had suddenly increased from $65 to $100. When I questioned the price, especially since the strap was made from my own material, I was told that $65 was only the “starting price” and that the strap was an additional $20. That was never explained when I dropped the dress off. What made this even more frustrating is that I personally know people who have had much more extensive alterations done here and were charged less than I was. Being charged more for such a simple alteration, especially after the poor communication and unexpected price increase, made the entire experience feel unfair. The lack of communication, changing the agreed-upon price after the work was done, and failing to follow through on what they promised was extremely unprofessional. If changes need to be made on the dress Or If the price is going to change, customers deserve to know before the work is completed, not at checkout. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this business based on my experience.

  I’ve brought multiple dresses here over the years and have recommended family and friends. Their work is good, but their pricing practices are not. They quote you one price when you drop off your dress, then significantly increase it at pickup and claim they never gave you the original price. This happened to me, and I didn’t leave a review at the time. Now they’ve done the exact same thing to my friend. Changing the price after it’s been agreed upon is unprofessional and unacceptable. As you can see for yourself in the reviews, this is a reoccurring problem. Do not use their services.

  I chose my wedding dress and veil here. Myline is very knowledgeable and done a great job with my alterations. I got a great deal on the price of my wedding dress and alterations took several visits to make sure it fit perfectly. I'm very satisfied with my dress and would recommend her to any bride.

  Myline’s exceeded our expectations! My daughter’s dress was beautiful and perfect for her. Myline and her staff are wonderful to work with. They are professional while being so kind and caring. We love them💕
