The barn, the beautiful scenery, and the wonderful dressing room provided the perfect backdrop and made the whole experience completely unforgettable for my daughter on her special day. Everything came together so seamlessly, I couldn't have asked for a better setting to celebrate her quinceañera. I will definitely be adding pictures to our review once we receive them.

The barn is an ideal reception area with an amazing bridal suite up top. And the kitchen and bar were perfect for cocktail hour. In addition to this, Rob and Sandy were the absolute best owners to work with. They got back to me almost immediately every time I reached out and I knew they truly cared about making the day special. I highly recommend Woodside farm for a wedding or events!

Sandy and Rob were so incredibly helpful and you can tell they love what they do! They allowed us to use any of the decor they had in hand for free and kept the bonfire going for us! They worked with the location we wanted to use (out in the field) as well as with all the specifics we wanted to do! We decided on not paying a DJ and just had one of our friends work as DJ and they let us use their speaker and the sound worked very well! The dance floor was full the whole night! It was such a blast and the most perfect day! Would highly recommend Woodside Farm!

- SCSandy CallahanJul 1, 20255.0On May 31, 2025 Sandi and Rob opened their beautiful venue for my daughter to host “Grow In Faith!” This was an evening of faith, food, fellowship, crafts, and worship for young girls high school to college age! The venue was PERFECT for the vision she had in mind! Sandi and Rob were so accommodating to do what they could to make this evening perfect! I am so grateful to them for believing in her and the ministry she has started for young girls! I have no complaints for the venue or the hosts and would definitely give them more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you both!! 🩷

What are the rental fees and what do they include?
We offer multiple wedding packages available for single or multi-day rentals. Each package includes tables, chairs, white tablecloths, and access to our facilities.
What is the maximum capacity for guests?
We can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Are there changing areas for the wedding couple and/or wedding party?
We provide two upstairs suites as well as a private downstairs space for changing and preparation.
Is there a backup plan for inclement weather if the service is outdoors?
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be relocated inside our elegant barn, where the bride may choose to descend the staircase or enter through the back barn door.
Are there any restrictions on catering or alcohol service?
You are welcome to select any caterer of your choice. All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
Can we have our rehearsal dinner here?
Access for your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner is included in our Deluxe Wedding Package, which covers Friday and Saturday.
How much is required for a deposit and is there a payment plan?
We require half of the total rental fee as a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding date. Upon request, we can divide the deposit into two or three monthly installments.
What is your cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. However, it may be applied toward an alternative date if cancellation occurs at least six months prior to the scheduled date, or if we are able to book another event for your original date.
What are the available setup and teardown times?
The venue is accessible from 9am to 11pm on the day of your wedding.
