- BBBoujee BellApr 7, 20261.0We’ve had an extremely concerning experience with this daycare, and I feel obligated to share it. We ultimately had to escalate matters to Child Protective Services after multiple incidents involving staff. Several teachers were reported for inappropriate behavior with my child, including kissing him. One teacher in particular went as far as pressuring him to kiss her and took photos of him on her personal phone—completely unacceptable under any circumstance. Our son also has a diagnosed egg allergy, which was communicated immediately. Despite this, staff repeatedly failed to accurately track and report his food intake, causing ongoing stress for our family. Even more concerning, the same staff member disregarded his allergy and gave him a cupcake during a party, which resulted in an allergic reaction that lasted for hours. We also discovered that messages were being deleted within the parent communication app, raising serious concerns about transparency. There were days we received multiple incident reports for the same recurring issues, yet there appeared to be no accountability or corrective action taken. To be clear, the pattern we experienced was a lack of accountability and a failure to prioritize the safety and well-being of the children. I will say there were two staff members I respected, and I genuinely hope they do well in their careers. Unfortunately, that does not outweigh the severity of what we experienced. Parents deserve to feel confident their children are safe. That was not our experience here.

From the director (Maranda Madden Ward)to each teacher to the nutritionist/ food prep, everyone is lovely and seems to care deeply. I love that they keep you posted on the activities & the growth of my child. It's great to know that they care so much about our kids.
