Anchored Hope Counseling

Anchored Hope Counseling provides counseling to individuals and couples. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, marital conflict, or you are Christian looking for faith-based help, Anchored Hope Counseling is the right place for you. Each session is tailored to shed light on the patterns holding you back, and help restore hope for your future. Through our sessions, the goal is to help clients achieve a steadfast hope in their lives: an anchored confidence in themselves and their relationships, and an understanding that they can be “ok”. In-Person sessions are offered in our office location in China Grove NC (near Kannapolis, North Carolina) or Online Counseling is also offered for anyone in the state of North Carolina.
