  We moved my 81 year old sister herev in memory care in September of 2025 from another facility and it has been amazing for my sister and us too!. Jaynie/ sales met with us and listened to our concerns about my sister. Then we took the tour and we were blown away by the level of care the staff was giving the residents. The safety systems in place to ensure residents are checked on every 2 hours was like nothing we had ever seen. Also their staff ratio to residents is above and beyond all standards. Everything Jaynie told us during the meeting was 💯 true and actually above and beyond our expectations. The receptionists and all staff in the building speak and greet you. Sonja/ move in coordinator and Christine/director are amazing and so caring for the residents and their families. Christine/director communicates all upcoming events including safety precautions or any changes occurring as well as the wellness director Tiffany and her staff communicates any concerns or medical issues to me about my sister. I could go on and on about how great the facility and staff are but they all truly deserve recognition for the excellent care they provide to my sister and all the residents at Waltonwood Cotswold!. All I can say, is contact Jaynie and I'm 💯 sure you will not be disappointed. Thank you all for what you do. Mike Coley

  I love the way this community engages. The Leaders (Managers) are genuine, they care about their residents and team members like family.

  My mom finally moved into Waltonwood Cotswold on June 14. Jaynie, Alex, the caregivers and the other residents have really helped to make my mom feel welcome. My mom has already made friends and is participating in the some of their many choices of activities. Jaynie has been very accommodating to make the transition easier for mom. Thank you so much.

  Fantastic experience thus far. Elderly parent is quite happy, been there over a year, has not only made many friends with both residents and staff, but has completely turned around from living alone (with assisted help) to being more outgoing, enjoying the entertainment, activities, exercise and interaction with others. Staff has gone out of their way to accommodate any special needs or requests, the facility is super clean and relatively new, and the food is great. Perfect choice.
